The Community Manger (short CoMa) has the task to improve the coordination between the team and the players and to ensure that one can react to bugs and server failures etc. faster than before. However, the Community Manager is not responsible for bans and something like that!
The Quest Manager is all around responsible for all quests and dungeons, he is not part of the ingame team!
The Senior Game Master takes care of you in the game and is the contact person for the Game Masters there. He takes care of your ingame questions and helps you as much as his means allow. Furthermore, he ensures that the game runs properly.
The Senior Moderator takes care of you in the forum and is the contact person for the moderators there. He takes care of any forum topics and complaints about the moderator team.
